Summer Suite | Steps to Beach + Heated Pool

This property is not steps from the beach. The beach is an eight minute walk away. It was not clean. The floors were not swept and the comforter on the bed look old and unclean. The fact that I had to pay for additional towels if I needed them and for the couch bed if we needed it is ridiculous. It should be included with the price the apartment is tiny and the building smells and there is no tv options.

We have stayed at Palm Beach Hotel several times and Josh & Maria’s place did not disappoint! It is clean and perfect for two people. Their response time was great and they are super helpful with a guidebook, beach items, and recommendations.

Great location, the building is old and needs some revamping - we rented multiple units, none have an oven or stove which is pretty inconvenient. The property owner clarified it is a building restriction- but it is rough when you would like to prep a meal.

The grout in the bathroom is black and the sink has no stopper, there is no bedroom door, they hung a shower curtain in the doorway, there is no A/C in the bedroom, there is no closet to hang clothes in bedroom.

The room reeked of cigarette smoke. Host did not make it right and took over 12 hours to respond at times.
