Negative: It was very Noisy 1 dog barked non-stop from the neighboring apartment. For 1-2 days it is OK

Negative: The entire building has a strong, musty smell , excessive dampness in the room black mold on ceiling … went and bought Lysol to spray on the mold.
Terrace is not a cool play to hang out like we hoped. Unless you don’t care about any kind of pleasing aesthetics and comfort.
